Together we will be making more smiles for more people
Hello and welcome to our Winter season. We have some amazing new projects we are working on, now lock down is easing and we can't wait to share them with you.
We have been working throughout the lock down period, supporting families in need and working in partnership with other charities to help as many people as we can throughout the Midlands, this is ongoing.
We have also been preparing our shop with a fresh new layout and a beautiful makeover. The team have been amazing, we are sure you will love it as much as we do. As soon as we have everything in place, we will welcome you to visit us and grab yourself a bargain or 2.
We are updating our website at the moment and you will be able to see more about our projects, the team, new ventures and lots of new pictures. So please keep checking in with us and see how you could join us in helping those who need us because when their world falls over, we help them pick it up.
Thank you
JULY 2020
We have had a very busy month supporting families and individuals, it's been amazing.
We have now established a COMMUNITY FOOD HUB to help provide the basics for families in need of help during these very difficult times and we have also been able to provide donations to other organisations, who also help those in need, including Birmingham Children's Trust & Sandwell Children's Trust.
We also supported organisations helping to feed the homeless and elderly in the Midlands. This has been made possible with your donations and help from Tesco via Fairshare.
If you can help with more food donations we would be very grateful.
We need: Pasta, Rice, Cereals, Tinned veg & Fruit. Tea, sugar, coffee.
beans, spaghetti, pasta sauces, soups, biscuits and other in date store cupboard foods.
Please bring your donation to our unit in Walsall town centre or call us.
SCHOOL WEAR
we have an fantastic supply of donated school wear which our volunteers have washed, dried and ironed over the last few weeks.
We have already been suppling these to families but we have more to help yet. If you are in need of some help with school wear for you children, we may be able to assist you.
There will be a form placed on the web site for you to submit and a member of the team will contact you.
OUR CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY CARD COMPETITION
Thank you for all the fabulous entries for our competitions, we are overwhelmed with your creativity.
Please check out our web site to see who we are supporting and how you can help us.
It is our mission to put smiles back on faces and with your continued support, we are reaching more than ever, we thank you for this.
